Puffy was born in Paris in 2023, with the idea of creating cookies true to the New York spirit: thick, soft, and comforting.

After a warm welcome in Paris, we felt like it was time to open in London, a city we’ve always had a real connection with. We chose Soho for our first shop: a lively, energetic neighbourhood that reflects our own rhythm and vibe.

At Puffy, cookies are baked fresh every day, in-store, with generous recipes and special attention to texture. We use carefully sourced ingredients, chosen for their quality and taste.

To go with them, we serve a selection of hot and iced coffees, made with beans roasted by Origin, an independent British roaster known for its craftsmanship.
